January 28, 2010 Present: Kim Houck, Kathi McRary, Shannon Perdue, Jim Brooks, Dawn Poore At the English PLC meeting, we discussed the selection of books for our list to be purchased with our mini-grant. We looked at the list and added The Book Thief, I am the Messenger, Forgotten Fire, and Iqbal. We plan to purchase copies of several books for each member of the group, read them, and make recommendations and lesson plans for our final choices. Kim Houck wonder
